The terms of our stay are that your cat is fully innoculated. If your cat cannot be inoculated (i.e. too old or too young as a very small kitten) we have the facilities to isolate the cat for its stay in very nice surroundings, just not with the other cats.
We always ask for an I.D. number when your cat is left with us, and if you could not collect the cat yourself on your return, you must make sure that the person assigned to collection has to have your I.D. code to allow us to release the cat to them, as we would not know them of course. Males must be neutered (sorry guys – you spray too much) We require a full card to be completed on your cats welfare and likes and dislikes and an emergency telephone number left in case we need it. If you feel you would like us not to contact you in the case of an emergency we reserve the right to treat the cat if ill at our own vets.
